  • Carrier: Premium international courier service

3. Local Shipping (Hong Kong)

  • Cost: HK$30 flat rate
  • Delivery Time: 1-3 business days
  • Tracking: Full tracking provided
  • Carrier: SF Express

B. Order Processing

All orders are carefully processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

C. Packaging and Gift Wrapping

We understand the precious nature of jade. Each piece is:

  • Individually enclosed in bubble wrap packaging
  • Wrapped in protective soft linen pouch
  • Shipped in a sturdy padded envelope or box
  • Gift wrapping can be added-on and the order will be delivered in a gift box and padded envelope

D. Tracking Your Order

Full tracking information is provided for all shipments. Please note:

  • Initial tracking may show only that a label has been created
  • Updates typically appear within 1-3 days after dispatch
  • The final delivery leg is handled by your local postal service or courier
  • Tracking numbers work on both our website and the carrier's tracking portal
